Job Information
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 24 hours/break into shift
- Morning Shift: 8am to 7pm - Stand By at company
- Night Shift: 7pm to 8am - Stand By at home
- Salary: $3000 - $4000
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and attend to vehicles in distress.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common automotive faults and mechanical issues on-site.
- Perform emergency repairs and temporary fixes to enable vehicles to return to operational status or reach the service centre.
- Conduct routine roadside maintenance tasks including tyre changes, battery replacements, jump starts and fluid top-ups.
- Document all service calls accurately, including fault descriptions, work performed and parts used.
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle conditions and customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
