Descriptions:

1. Perform daily
   site walks for routine inspection and day-to-day operations such as
   electrical equipment, office equipment, civil & plumbing
   etc.
2. Assist the Building Manager/ Building
   Executive to perform maintenance and repair works of the common
   areas, such as mechanical and electrical, plumbing, civil and
   structural etc.
3. Check and rectify all defects/
   complaints reported by tenants/
   residents.
4. Monitor, supervise, and verify all
   minor plumbing and electrical repairs and rectification works
   performed by the contractors.
5. Carry out Minor
   Repairs & Maintenance works.
6. Escorting
   Vendors for on-site preventive/ reactive maintenance
   work.
7. Provide 1st Level Breakdown support as
   per the SLA.
8. Self-perform selected M&E
   tasks.
9. Maintaining accurate records and
   documentation related to the building's operations and maintenance
   activities...
