Responsibilities
- Carry out general building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and painting works, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings such as electrical, plumbing, and site plans.
- Perform daily safety inspections to identify electrical hazards and water ponding, and coordinate with security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
- Support both preventive and ad-hoc maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition.
- Monitor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, maintain accurate records of readings, and track equipment performance.
- Assist in supervising external contractors during maintenance and servicing works, reporting any issues or irregularities to the site manager.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E Maintenance of buildings.
- Ok to do staggered working hours.
