Technician, Maintenance (Chihuahua)

Summary

Assures building is in excellent operational conditions by following preventive maintenance instructions. Performs simple repairs to the building and equipment. Reports any need for maintenance and/or janitorial services.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs as directed by the maintenance and security supervisor and the facilities technician Sr.
• Supports the maintenance team following instructions of the facilities technician Sr.
• Provides cleaning support to building exterior; parking lot, sidewalks and gardening.

Requirements

• Level of Formal Education: Some high school
• Area of Study: Years of Experience: One to two years
• Experience: Equipment repair and maintenance procedures
• Special Certifications or Technical Skills: General electrical, painting and plumbing knowledge
