On‑Site Customer Technical Service – Bilingual

Job Summary : Responsible for identifying and managing the technical and continuous improvement needs of assigned customers and overseeing any technical activities related thereto. This includes coordination of laboratory and manufacturing activities, and applicable training of customer employees. The successful qualifier will serve as an on‑site customer technical service for Sun Chemical, performing professional contributor goals and objectives, with special emphasis on tailor‑made projects and initiatives to meet the agreement and partnership built into the arrangement with the customer they serve.
