Installs HVAC systems, related building equipment, ductwork, and control components. Configures and calibrates direct digital controls, building automation systems, and low-ambient HVAC applications to meet operational requirements. Interprets layout plans, schematics, and technical documentation to guide accurate installation and ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards. Diagnoses and resolves mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues affecting HVAC equipment and facility systems. Performs preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned downtime. Conducts system inspections, verifies correct operation of HVAC components, and performs necessary repairs in alignment with established procedures.
