Job Summary / Overview

The objective of the position is to execute the Total Productive Maintenance system and achieve reduction‑elimination of downtime on the line, looking for continuous improvement to avoid losses in the company's assets, thus ensuring the continuity of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute a preventive system to maintain the original condition of assets and audit autonomous maintenance.
• Execute a Planned Maintenance system (Corrective, Preventive and Predictive) to extend and restore the life of assets.
• Help engineers complete equipment upgrades, assist in process design, accept new equipment, etc.
• Teach and instruct junior operational and maintenance workers in the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Identify unsafe conditions on equipment, implement management plans, propose improvement plans to reduce existing safety hazards.
