Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Service and maintain Chillers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Fans, and Mechanical Ventilation systems.
- Inspect ducts, dampers, filters, diffusers, and ventilation components to ensure proper operation.
- Replace defective parts such as motors, belts, bearings, filters, thermostats, valves, and sensors.
- Check refrigerant levels, operating pressures, temperatures, and system performance.
- Perform duct leakage inspections and rectify air leakage where necessary.
- Ensure all ACMV equipment operates efficiently and complies with manufacturer specifications.
