What You Will Do

• Carries out any maintenance as scheduled.
• Handles work orders and is able to work across the disciplines of Engineering, including but not limited to kitchen equipment, laundry equipment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical maintenance.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance.
• Maintains logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools.
• Close out work orders and ensure minimal impact on the guest.
• Above all else provide quality service that ensures guest satisfaction.
• Answers e inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and ensures the smooth running of the shifts.
