Job Description

As a Sputter Process Technician, you will be responsible for executing process characterization activities, ensuring sputter processes meet key performance parameters, and supporting production through process monitoring and adjustments. The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision, take initiative, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate flexibility, creative problem solving, exemplary communication skills, and an ability to think on their feet. Candidates must be flexible to work a 12‑hour shift pattern and overtime as required by the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform measurement on characterization/evaluation samples following the experiment plan prepared by the Engineer, as well as production monitoring samples.
• Carry out troubleshooting on metrology tools.
