Job Overview: Responsible for setup, conversion, calibration, repair, preventive, and predictive maintenance of automated test handlers used for Final Test, Wafer sort, and Tape and Reel manufacturing processes. Includes automated test handlers’ sub-assemblies and related components or parts.

Primary responsibilities include:

• First-level verification of Yield and QA failures in manufacturing.
• Troubleshooting setups and performing basic tester debugging.
• Documenting processes through MIPS.
• Collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Submitting performance reports.
• Participation in efficiency and quality improvement programs aligned with TQM Plus principles.
