The Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of Ain Dubai’s rides, facilities, and equipment, delivering a high-quality experience for all visitors.

• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and respond promptly to work orders to minimize downtime
• Complete all maintenance documentation accurately and within required timelines
• Conduct safety checks, inspections, and support risk assessments and permit‑to‑work systems
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer maintenance and operational standards
• Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, track tasks, and control inventory of parts and tools
• Identify spare parts, tools, and training needs and coordinate with supervisors
