Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Technical Writers/Labeling Project Specialists to support a leading medical device manufacturer. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the development and revision of product labeling and literature, including labels, Instructions for Use (IFUs), Directions for Use (DFUs), carton artwork, pouch artwork, and other labeling deliverables. The Labeling Project Specialist serves as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for labeling-related activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop compliant, accurate, and customer-focused content. Responsibilities include assessing project scope, creating labeling plans and schedules, tracking milestones, managing revisions, facilitating content reviews, coordinating artwork generation and document release activities, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and procedural requirements.
