Technical Training & After-Sales Coordinator

Nespresso is seeking a Technical Coordinator to coordinate technical knowledge, training activities, and continuous improvement across the service network. You will collaborate with CRM, Sales, Boutiques, repair centres, logistics and technical teams to elevate coffee service and customer experience.

The role requires experience in technical, customer service, training or operations, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and fluency in French and German with English understanding.
