**Technical Trainer**
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete in-depth training on specific modules to gain full proficiency in the internal training program.
+ Deliver onboarding classes for new employees and upskilling courses for existing staff.
+ Perform engine and module assembly and disassembly on CFM56 engines.
+ Carry out turbine engine inspection and certification in line with established procedures.
+ Conduct balancing of rotors and modules, including single-plane and dynamic balancing.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to build and strip engines and actively suggest improvements to work methods.
+ Transport parts, components, modules, and engines safely from one workstation or center to another as required.
+ Perform cleaning of parts, including cleaning and blasting operations, when the required work competency is demonstrated.
