Technical Team Supervisor, OTT (French Services) (Telework/Hybrid)

Position: Technical Team Supervisor – OTT (French Services) Employment: Contractee Long‑Term (12‑month contract, renewable annually). Work Schedule: Full time. This is a hybrid role with a mix of in‑office and remote work arranged with the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6‑12 developers, delivering high‑quality applications within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Solution Architects to assess feasibility of proposed features, break down and estimate work, and prioritize back‑log items for each sprint.
• Work hands‑on with developers and QA to ensure implementations align with system design and technical requirements set by Solution Architects.
