Technical Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of 8–10 C++ and Python engineers within a systematic trading firm operating at the forefront of low-latency, high-frequency trading (HFT) .

This is a leadership role for an engineer who enjoys staying close to the technology while operating primarily as a manager, architect, and delivery leader. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the core engineering team, building a high-performance engineering culture, and ensuring the reliable delivery of systems where performance, latency, scalability, and correctness are critical .

The role is approximately 20% hands-on technically , with the majority of your time focused on people leadership, architecture, technical strategy, and driving execution across the team.
