About the Role:

Reporting directly to the VP of Platform Engineering & MLOps, the Technical Team Lead (TTL) serves as the single point of accountability for technical delivery quality while managing the day-to-day operations of the Analytics engineering team. This is a hands-on engineering leadership position where much of the role is dedicated to leading, coaching, and developing a team of analytics-focused developers.

The TTL remains technically active through code contribution, pull request reviews, and design oversight across enterprise-grade web applications, APIs, and services. Furthermore, the TTL partners closely with Data Engineering, Product, and AI teams, contributing to integration design and ensuring analytics deliverables are robust, performant, and well-architected.
