Job Description
- Support on daily failure analysis on production rejects
- Setup, operate production machines and equipment according to instructions and processes
- Hands‑on troubleshooting of production machine on mechanical and electrical problems
- Conduct first level troubleshooting of equipment performance and functionality issues
- Update machine downtime reports on maintenance and troubleshooting
- Carry out preventive maintenance, calibration and test procedure on machines & fixtures.
- Update equipment downtime reports on maintenance and troubleshooting
- Supervise process supervision and conduct verification test and measurements
- Support on ESD measurements
- Support on spare part management
- Conduct periodic measurements of product cycle time
- Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
