A leading mining equipment manufacturer is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical and systems support across engineering, production, aftermarket, and parts operations. The role focuses on managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical documentation, part numbering, system maintenance, and supporting product configuration processes for hard rock mining equipment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Technical qualification or diploma advantageous)
• 3–5 years of experience working with hard rock mining equipment
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and BOM structures
• Experience with ERP systems such as Business Central, SAP, or Navision advantageous
