**Job Summary**
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Learn all profiles associated with the vendor portal and process and be knowledgeable of the nuances of each
- Review the build out of each section of the vendor portal and offer suggestions for improvements
- Sit in on development calls to learn about new features being released and give feedback
- Test new features, acting as a specific user
- Work with the users of the portal to understand possible issues
- Build out working templates and documents for specific jobs and parts of the portal
- Write out best practices and SOPs to assist with non-technical users
- Trouble shoot problems that are addressed
- Assist with overseeing the fulfillment of orders via the vendor portal
- Communicate with clients as needed
