Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Technical Support and Service Team. Our team plays a key role in providing the best possible support to customers who use Bluefors cryostat systems.

Your primary tasks will include communicating closely with customers, providing timely and accurate technical assistance related to the cryostat system, and coordinating with in‑house departments such as production, QEHSC, R&D, and planning. You will succeed in this customer‑interface role with a positive, service‑mindful attitude, a systematic approach to work, and excellent people skills.

We expect you to have a degree in applied physics, engineering, or another technical background, and 3–5 years of relevant work experience. Experience with ERP or CRM systems, usage of dilution refrigerators, and knowledge of technical drawings are considered advantageous, though you will receive a full introduction to the systems.
