Technical Support Specialist for Rhino and Grasshopper at McNeel Europe

McNeel Europe is looking for a new team member to join our technical support team , mainly providing support for Rhino and Grasshopper.

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of Rhinoceros and Grasshopper , able to help users, solve technical questions, understand their needs and explain solutions in a clear and practical way.

We will especially value candidates with a background or experience in fields where Rhino and Grasshopper are commonly used, such as architecture, engineering, industrial design, product design, digital fabrication, landscape design, jewelry design, or other areas related to 3D design.

The ideal candidate should combine solid technical skills with good communication abilities, as the role involves working directly with users, clients, schools, professionals and companies using our tools.
