Technical Support & Field Service Coordinator

AVI Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Coordinator to join their Ciro Technical Team in Germiston. In this role, you will assist customers with their technical queries and ensure an efficient resolution of service requests.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in a technical administration role and have a solid understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and supporting field technicians by tracking and monitoring service calls.
