Responsibilities
- Respond to, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to SYNAP.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to ensure system stability.
- Operate as an extension of the existing Cranium support team.
- Participate in the support model and adhere to established processes.
- Collaborate with the product team and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Work a 12‑hour shift schedule (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) (3.5 days a week) to ensure continuous coverage.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in technical support or related roles.
- Proven expertise in C++, Linux, and the payments domain.
- Experience with Splunk is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
