Technical Support Engineer

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV, access control, alarm, and security systems.

Perform system installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance for security solutions.

Monitor and respond to technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner.

Conduct on-site support and maintenance visits when required.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical and system-related issues.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, service reports, and system records.

Support network connectivity, fibre optic, and hardware troubleshooting activities.

Assist in system upgrades, user training, and implementation of new security technologies

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related discipline, with an average GPA of 3.0 or above (on-the-job degree advancement is accepted).
