Technical Support Engineer (ICT, Systems, AV)

FinesseTech is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Support Engineers who can work across ICT, Cloud, AV, and enterprise applications .

If you enjoy solving real-world technical problems, deploying and supporting smart digital building solutions, and supporting enterprise clients — this role is for you.

• Install & manage Windows Servers, IIS, certificates, AD, SSO
• Troubleshoot networks (VLANs, ports, routing, firewalls)
• Work closely with client IT security teams to support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing compliance.
• Work with SQL databases (queries, logs, backup/restore)

• 2–4 years in ICT/System/Technical Support
• Strong skills in Windows Servers, networking, IIS & SQL
