Technical Support Engineer

Coordinate with the principal technical support team to resolve complex technical issues and ensure manufacturer standards are followed. Provide technical support to Foremen and technicians during vehicle preparation, repairs, and troubleshooting. Guide technicians through fault diagnosis and improve repair efficiency. Support Service Advisors with technical explanations for customer concerns and repair requirements. Manage technical support cases, prepare reports, and ensure timely closure of issues. Conduct vehicle inspections, road tests, and final quality checks before delivery. Investigate comeback jobs and customer complaints, documenting findings as per ISO procedures. Provide on-site technical assistance during emergency breakdowns when required. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, QHSEMS requirements, and workplace safety practices.
