To support our growth, we’re looking for a Technical Support & Data Operations Engineer who will be the ultimate problem-solver. You will be responsible for hunting down bugs in our codebase, implementing clean fixes, and handling critical data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks to ensure our customers have a seamless experience.

About the role
As a Technical Support & Data Operations Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between our Customer Experience and Core Engineering teams. Your primary mission is product stability: diagnosing, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs directly in our codebase ( Ruby, Python and Java).
