Technical Support needed for our Stoke on Trent based customer.
As Technical Support you will be responsible for:
* Application for & maintenance of all product certifications such as WRAS, Watermark, NSF etc.
* Arrange and co-ordinate samples for external 3rd party testing & assist in keeping projects on track.
* Report results using standard technical procedures where necessary.
* Run the artwork change process.
* Support the Customer Service Team with Technical Advice and customer enquiries.
* Assist with routine & process/product development testing where necessary.
Experience we are looking for:
* Over 5 years experience in a technical role.
* Science based qualifications – preferably to HND or degree level
* Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within...
