About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Regulatory, Corporate and Sector Services team in Digital Services. Your role will involve providing technical support for critical business applications and clinical systems across Health NZ by maintaining stability, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing smart enhancements to keep systems reliable and continuously improving.
In this role you will work closely with the Digital Applications & Products teams and end users to deliver timely support and contribute to a positive user experience.
About the team
This role is within the Corporate, Regulatory and Sector Services portfolio in Digital Applications & Products, which supports the applications that operational teams and corporate services rely on daily. Our team works closely with stakeholders across the health sector to ensure digital solutions remain reliable, secure, and aligned to organisational needs.
