Job Description
Technical Support Agents with Italian are invited to provide technical assistance to a project with a world leading software development company. If you have similar previous experience or have worked as an IT Technician and are interested in the offer, do not hesitate to apply.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian (native) and English (advanced)
- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows (valuable)
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving.
