responsibilities are: 1. Ensure that the group of vessels assigned to him is performing according to the pool description and ship management agreements between PG and the respective ship owning company. 2. Ensure that the group of vessels assigned to him is run and kept in a condition according to company policy and relevant rules and regulations applicable. 3. Ensure the group of vessels assigned to him are manned with qualified crew. 4. Ensure that the operating cost for the group of vessels assigned to him is within limits, and that the future budget reflects the company policy with regards to quality and customer orientation. 5. Support PG Management on technical operational routines and development of maintenance policy / fleet management systems. The Technical superintendent has the following special duties: 1.
