Position Overview

Partner Specialist Intern at Deliverect – based in Mexico City. You will manage channel activations, support and update reseller partners, onboarding processes, and coach partners on product features.

Role Details

Full‑time, hybrid with flexible schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. One‑year internship with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications for 3rd Party Delivery Channel activations with White Label Partners and related workflows.
• Provide comprehensive support and updates to partners on launch day, ensuring smooth activations and follow‑up of issues.
• Provide coaching, best practices, and 1:1 training to maximize partner performance.
• Identify trends in support and onboarding processes and develop new workflows.
• Provide tier 1 support via Slack or email and triage escalations to support staff.
