Technical Specialist & Approvals Manager

Sika is looking for a Technical Services & Approvals Manager to join it's growing team in the Canton, MA area for the Roofing business. This position is responsible for managing third-party testing programs, maintaining regulatory approvals, supporting new product development, and providing technical expertise across the organization. This role works closely with testing agencies, vendors, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and global teams to ensure product compliance, approval continuity, and technical excellence within the roofing and waterproofing industry.
