Technical Solution Manager (TSM) – Working Party Civil Aviation – Airbus Fleet (España)

At ORTEC ENGINEERING SPAIN, we are strengthening our senior technical teams to support Airbus Working Party activities within civil aviation programmes.

We are looking for a Technical Solution Manager (TSM) with strong experience in CAMO and MRO environments, capable of defining and coordinating technical solutions during on-site Working Party interventions across major Airbus fleets.

Job Description

• Act as the technical authority on-site during Working Party interventions.
• Define, assess and coordinate technical solutions for complex maintenance findings and operational issues.
• Support troubleshooting and propose repair strategies in accordance with Airbus documentation (AMM, SRM, SB, repairs, concessions, ADs).
• Ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and Part-CAMO regulations.
• Evaluate the impact of findings on airworthiness and operational continuity.
