Responsibilities
- Supervise the assigned shift and provide technical support to ensure smooth laundry operations.
- Serve as the primary contact for all equipment- and maintenance-related issues during the shift.
- Lead troubleshooting activities, corrective maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Keep accurate records of shift handover and takeover activities in the technical logbook.
- Take part in bi-monthly reviews of continuous improvement projects and contribute recommendations.
- Apply the OLIVER troubleshooting methodology (Observe, List, Isolate, Verify, Execute, Rectify) when diagnosing and resolving equipment faults.
- Ensure adequate technical manpower is assigned to support daily operational requirements.
