Technical Services Manager – Industrial & Logistics
Location: West London
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Travel + Excellent Benefits
An established Tier 1 main contractor is looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager to join the delivery team on a major industrial & logistics development currently entering the construction phase.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the MEP delivery on a high-profile scheme, working closely with the Project Director, site teams and specialist subcontractors to ensure the mechanical and electrical packages are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
Manage the on-site delivery of all MEP packages from early construction through to commissioning and handover.
Coordinate MEP subcontractors to ensure programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.
