Technical Services Engineer – Sydney / Melbourne
Join MongoDB’s Technical Services team as a Technical Services Engineer. You will work with our largest customers, troubleshoot complex MongoDB problems, and support the product roadmap.
Location & Work Schedule
Office in Sydney or Melbourne. Post ramp work week: Sunday to Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to architecture, performance, recovery, security, and more.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert on scaling MongoDB deployments.
- Advocate for customers with product management and engineering teams.
- Contribute to internal projects and develop support tools for performance testing and diagnostics.
- Mentor peers and document solutions on the knowledge platform.
