Technical Services and Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering, facilities, utilities, capital project execution and maintenance support to the site.
• Develop asset care roadmaps for these areas to ensure expected equipment and process reliability is achieved.
• Set strategy and manage technical resource allocation process.
• In collaboration with key business functions, innovate and execute maintenance and engineering solutions that deliver productivity, quality and efficiencies that meet and exceed cost improvement targets.
• Attract, develop and retain a diverse qualified staff through effective training, succession planning strategies and ongoing performance feedback.
• Drive a culture of engagement and inclusivity throughout the organization through clear communication, collaboration and recognition.
