Responsibilities
- Perform the designs using in-house adsorption tools.
- Prepare the simulation files for SRU/TGU catalyst using Hysys.
- Prepare the simulation files for HPC using in-house tool.
- Prepare the technical proposal to meet the customers’ RFQ requirements.
- Provide on-site service for catalyst and adsorbent loading and start‑up.
- Support business manager on technical inquires.
- Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively at customer site or remotely.
- Develop technical services plan and execute the plan to meet customer expectation and demand.
- Carry out on‑site excellent technical services and adhere to best practices standard.
- Prepare the Technical Service Visit Report.
- Prepare various technical reports and presentations (internal and customer) and assure consistent communications.
