Technical Scrum Master (Ref: 196978)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-profile AI transformation programme within the UAE government. You will manage cross‑functional delivery pods, coordinate technical integrations, and work closely with government stakeholders to onboard entities onto an AI‑powered policy platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and delivery execution
• Coordinate technical teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver against programme milestones
• Drive API and system integration activities with architects, engineers and Microsoft partner teams
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, UAT and project governance
• Support production deployments, BAU handover and user adoption
• Ensure delivery aligns with security, data sovereignty and compliance requirements
