Technical Sales Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing accounts mainly in the Philippines, with expected travel to other parts of the country if needed.
• Provide technical sales support, including installation, configuration, calibration, certification, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of company products and systems at customer sites for Process Analyzers, Gas Chromatography Instruments, Elemental Analyzers, and Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems.
• Provide training to customers on products and build and maintain customer relationships.
• Occasionally assist in application troubleshooting.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new and existing analytical field service equipment.
• Conduct tests or experiments.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying own knowledge and experience.
