Vacancy Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, business development, negotiation, deal closure, and post-sales support.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales supportand updates on new products or solutions.
  • Proactively pursue new projects/sales within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address client feedback, technical inquiries, and ensure solutions meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on leads, opportunities, sales activities, and pipelines.
  • Ensure responsive follow-up and clear communication with clients.
  • Handle service-related issues, delays, and escalations professionally.
  • Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and services provided.
