The ideal candidate must be based in Nairobi .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing relationships with key decision makers at both external customer and also distributor levels. Technical trouble shooting at bakery level, problem solving, resolving complaints Increasing sales volume and value for Bakery yeast, Consumer Yeast and Milling improver in Kenya (not limited to Nairobi). Understanding of complementary product sold by the distributor Achieving profit margins through price negotiations and product costing Reporting and tracking on market size, opportunity including competitors' activities Tracking of company sales and stock movement in the regions which assist in stock forecasting and planning Weekly submission of sales report which includes market opportunities and activities Market budget preparation Ability to travel which might extend to Ugand...
