Hands-on experience in positioning, sizing and selling all products within the Software Defined Datacenter portfolio, certified and trained on SDDC and Hybrid Cloud concepts and deployments. Extensive knowledge to use vendor sales and configuration tools. Holding highest level of vendor certifications in areas of specialization.
Technology Specialist role is responsible in providing full pre‑sales assistance to sales team and customers, including opportunity requirement analysis, solution design, overall solution costing, presentations and demos, technical and commercial proposal preparation and objection handling.
The specialist role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and customer and supplier teams.
Relationship building with customers and vendors is a key area of this role.
