Technical Expertise: Remote Robot Operations● Advanced Diagnostics: Perform remote system debugging and resolution of complex failures that go beyond standard protocols.
● Fleet Management: Serve as the lead internal expert for the full spectrum of our browser-based diagnostic and fleet management platforms.
● Performance Optimization: Identify real-time bottlenecks and implement strategic improvements to enhance fleet efficiency.
