Technical Recruiter

Position: Technical Sourcing Recruiter (High Volume)

Location: On-site 5 days/week in Arlington, VA, Herndon, VA, or Seattle, WA

Duration: 12-month contract, potential to extend/convert

Pay Rate: $38-51/hr

Must-Haves:

• R1s: 2+ years of high-volume technical sourcing
• R2s: 4+ years of high-volume technical sourcing
• Excellent sourcing acumen and demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing strategies to generate robust, diverse pipelines of talent to support hyper scaling organizations
• Experience working in high-volume environments with metric-driven goals
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Team Qualities: strong work ethic, great interpersonal skills (no hesitation picking up the phone, getting candidates excited about opportunities), results-oriented
