Technical Records Officer

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To support continuing airworthiness requirements by ensuring the proper administration, secure storage, and effective management of aircraft records in compliance with regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review completed maintenance data post line and base maintenance activities for completeness, correctness, and legibility.
• Administer storage and preservation of aircraft records to ensure traceability throughout the lifetime of aircraft, engine, APU, and components.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of Aircraft, Engine, and APU Log‑Books, Reports, and rectify engineering errors to maintain compliance and data integrity.
• Update and maintain the Computerized Maintenance and Airworthiness System, ensuring accuracy of technical data and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor aircraft technical records, aircraft utilization, sector record pages (SRPs) to ensure data are recorded correctly.
