Technical Projects Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of client and insurance product implementations by building and leading high‑performing delivery teams
• Actively support the teams, remove obstacles, and resolve complex challenges
• Report to the Head of Business Operations with the Projects Team Lead and the Solutions Engineering Team Lead reporting directly to you
• Manage delivery scope commercially and ensure accurate invoicing and utilisation data
• Ensure clients receive appropriate training and are fully prepared for launch and product changes
• Maintain transparency around progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Operations to maintain services profitability.
